More about Carol

Carol brings more than 25 years of  administrative, customer service, and research experience to Andrea Obston Marketing Communications.  Prior to joining the firm, Carol worked at the Prosser Public Library in Bloomfield, CT where she conducted public relations initiatives and provided customer service and research assistance to patrons.

Carol has also worked in the financial services division of a major Hartford-based insurance corporation and in the underwriting department of a major bank.  In addition to a strong financial services background, Carol’s outstanding customer service and people skills were also an enhancement in her position as credit supervisor for a national telecommunications company.

Carol graduated from Manchester Community College with an Associate’s degree in Communications (magna cum laude), and is currently studying for her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Quinnipiac University’s College of Professional Studies.
